  • Officiating Wrestling  Developed by the American Sport Eduction Program and the NFHS.  Only book on High School Wrestling Officiating that I'm aware of.  Applicable to all wrestling officials and a very good product.  It also has a section explaining officiating the International Styles of wrestling.

  • Folk-Style Officiating Mechanics/Stalling Videos  The Colorado Wrestling Officials Association conducted some clinics and recorded them.  The facilitator is NCAA referee, Dave Frisch.  Mr. Frisch does an excellent job discussing proper mechanics and positioning on the mat and his second tape provides his personal philosophy on calling stalling.  He uses high school wrestlers as demonstraters and the content in the two tapes is very helpful.  The tapes are $20 each and shipping is included in the price.
